Every supervised visit, documented well enough to stand up in court.

VisitProof is the platform supervised visitation agencies run on: scheduling, a field app supervisors use in the room, reports a judge will accept, signatures, and billing. One record of each visit, from the first confirmation to the final invoice.

No credit card. Supervisor seats are free. Works on the web, iPhone and Android.

One visit, start to finish

Follow a Tuesday afternoon visit for the Reyes family through VisitProof. Each step is the actual screen your team uses.

Case SV-2026-016. Northside Family Services and the Reyes family are fictional; the screens are not.

  1. Monday, 9:12 AM

Scheduled, and confirmed by the parent

The office books the visit from the calendar — once, or as a repeating series. The visiting parent gets a link to confirm. Until they do, the visit shows as awaiting confirmation, so nobody drives across town for a no-show.

  2. Tuesday, 3:02 PM

Run in the room, on the supervisor’s phone

The supervisor marks en route and arrived, then logs what happens as it happens: observations, interactions, handoffs, incidents with a severity. Photos are timestamped and the phone’s location is recorded. Every keystroke saves offline, so a dead zone or a closed app never costs a note.

  3. Tuesday, 5:40 PM

    The timeline becomes the report

Events flow into a structured report with the supervisor’s name and time on each entry. A reviewer approves it or sends it back with changes. For California cases, the FL-324P is generated with the statutory attestations already filled.

  4. Thursday, 2:14 PM

    Signed, with a certificate attached

Signatures are collected on a secure link — no DocuSign account needed. The signed PDF is stamped, and a certificate page records who signed and when.

  5. Friday, 8:00 AM

    Invoiced from the visit itself

Supervised minutes delivered, not minutes scheduled, drive the invoice. Each party gets their own invoice and can pay online by card.

Why directors move their agency to VisitProof

Notes written that night, from memory, in a Word doc.
Logged in the room, with the time and the supervisor’s name on every entry.
Reports rewritten the week before a hearing.
Reports drafted from the timeline the same day, reviewed and approved in one place.
A no-show you only find out about in the parking lot.
Parent confirmations, reminders, and a dashboard that flags what is unconfirmed.
Billing reconciled at month end from a spreadsheet.
Invoices built from actual supervised minutes, issued to each party, paid online.
Staff texting families from personal phones.
Messaging inside the case record, with the right people and nothing to subpoena off a personal device.
“Who changed that?”
An audit log of every edit, and roles that limit each person to what their job needs.

A dashboard that tells you what needs attention

Your day opens on Today: the visits ahead, who is confirmed, and a short list of what is slipping — reports due, approvals waiting, invoices overdue, invites unanswered. Cases, people, schedule, reports, billing and your team are one click away.

Questions directors ask

Will a court accept reports from VisitProof?

Reports are built from timeline entries that each carry the supervisor’s name and a timestamp. Agencies file them with family courts today, and for California the FL-324P is generated directly. We cannot promise how any individual judge rules, but the record is complete, attributed and tamper-evident.

What does it cost for a small agency?

Only administrator seats are billed, at $25 per month each. Visit supervisors and viewers are free, so a director with eight supervisors pays for one seat. There is a free 30-day trial and no contract.

Do supervisors need to be tech-savvy?

No. The field app has four tabs and one job: log the visit. Supervisors tap the kind of entry, type a sentence, and move on. Most are comfortable after their first visit.

What happens when there is no signal?

The app keeps working. Entries and photos save on the phone immediately and upload when the connection returns. Nothing is lost if the app is closed or the phone dies.

Can we bring our existing cases and families?

Yes. During onboarding we import your cases, parents, children and professionals from spreadsheets, another system or documents, so your team starts with a full record.

How is our data protected?

Each agency’s data is isolated in its own organization and hosted on Google Cloud, encrypted in transit and at rest, with automated backups. Access is limited by role, and every change is recorded in an audit log.

Start with one visit this week.

Set up your organization, add a case, and run the next visit on the field app. The trial is free for 30 days and nothing is billed until you decide.
